Overall, it's nice comfy base for exploring London attractions. The downtown is within 5 minutes' walk. Deluxe queen room was with heating, an iron and a multi-channel television. It deserves its 4 stars.

loved that the room included an individual safe, an electronic key card and a radio. it was in the central location.
